Deveillance designs and develops audio privacy technology, including the Spectre I device. Our services include:

- Processing reservations for Spectre I devices
- Managing pilot program applications
- Customer support and communications
3. Reservations and Payments
Refundable Deposits
Reservations for Spectre I require a refundable deposit of $300 USD. This deposit:
- Secures your place in the reservation queue
- Is fully refundable upon request before your device ships
- Will be applied toward the final purchase price
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund of your deposit at any time before your device ships by contacting us at aida@deveillance.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Pricing
Final product pricing will be announced before devices ship. Reservation holders will have the opportunity to confirm or cancel their order at that time.
4. Pilot Program
Participation in our pilot program is subject to:
- Application approval at Deveillance's sole discretion
- Signing a separate pilot agreement
- Providing feedback on device performance
- Confidentiality requirements regarding unreleased features
5. Product Availability
Spectre I is currently in development. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We will keep reservation holders informed of development progress and expected timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Deveillance website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Deveillance and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks without written consent
- Reverse engineer any Deveillance technology
- Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
7. User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities
- Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our services
